何谓ICP，今日见到了精辟的解释。

呵呵，对于 ISP 、ICP 之类的网络术语我们已经见得太多了，相信很多人也都明白他们是什么意思，ISP是Internet Service Provider，就是互联网服务提供商，ICP是Internet Content Provider，就是互联网内容提供商。

今天在一论坛上见到有关Google的中文网站Google.cn涉嫌非法经营的帖子，原因是违反了信息产业部关于ICP注册备案的规定，于是有初学者提问何谓ICP，见到一个精辟的回复 ICP = Internet Copy & Paste 呵呵，实在是高！时下的ICP有很多真的就是这样！！
