遭遇食物中毒，痛苦ing…

　　头一次遭遇食物中毒，不确定是昨天中午吃的扁豆导致还是海鲜导致，结果一整晚头晕乏力、上吐下泻，接近崩溃边缘， 如果不是今天公司在嘉里中心有非常重要的发布会，我肯定就抱病歇着了。我一向都是意志力很强的人，可以在极端情况下保持清醒的头脑，不过像我这样的人，活着也比较累。

　　今后坚决不再外面吃扁豆了，海鲜不新鲜的也一概拒绝。
