今晚打羽毛球感觉不爽。

不知不觉坚持每周打两次羽毛球已经三个月了,这三个月也感觉自己的球技有了不少提高,尤其是在对扣杀球的把握上有很大的进步,没想今晚多次的扣杀失误,好几个很简单的关键球都下网了,感觉很是不爽,都有些暴躁了,还好坚持到了最后,毕竟锻炼身体才是第一目的。

估计今天打球发挥不好跟晚上和朋友吃饭吃太晚和吃太多有关,8点打球,7点40才吃完,肚子鼓鼓囊囊的跑过去,休息到8:20才开始打球,但是总感觉没有状态,下次一定得早点吃饭了。
